General Responsibilities
. Execute logistics processes for order fulfillment transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of SAP transactions.
• Continue as SAP super-user for logistics 3rd party service providers in NORAM.
• Provide ongoing support to NORAM’s 3PLs and service providers.
• Ensure that all phone and e-mail requests are returned promptly and on the same day as the request.
• Resolve all issues promptly, elevating significant issues or problems to the appropriate party when necessary.
• Monitor inventory at designated NORAM stocking points to ensure adequate inventory levels in both packaged products and bulk material.
• Reconcile inventory at designated NORAM stocking points each month to make certain all inventory is accurately reported in SAP by item and lot.
• Ensure inventory of packaged products in NORAM warehouses is accurate and managed using FEFO protocols.
• Compile and verify all NORAM logistics purchase orders in SAP for NORAM supply chain vendors.
• Prepare and submit inventory adjustment forms and arrange appropriate disposal in accordance with local and national waste management regulations.
• Support the NORAM Logistics Manager in managing relationships with third-party logistics vendors in NORAM. This includes rate and contract negotiation, travel, statistical support, process improvement projects, and cost reduction programs.
Experience Requirements
• 2+ years of related supply chain experience in a multi-national corporation
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective logistics solutions and order fulfillment processes.
• SAP Knowledge preferred.
Skills/Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask on complex projects and processes, including the ability to think quickly and react appropriately under pressure.
Other Essential Requirements
. Fluent in English.
. Up to 20% travel.
. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required.
Cross-Functional Relationships
• Work with Customer Service, Procurement, Corporate Planning, and MBU to ensure sufficient supply of products for internal and external customers, and respond to their issues in a timely fashion.
