Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day operational functions related to data center environment.
- Provide strong leadership to the data center maintenance team and hold the team accountable for delivering solutions to customer.
- Implement industry best practices while focusing on productivity and optimization of data center infrastructure.
- Engage, leverage, and drive simplified processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content.
- Work in high stress situations and provide support to a 24x7 team.
- Develop and maintain internal web and monitoring applications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experience
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Technical Expertise:
- Broad knowledge of IT disciplines including compute, network and storage platforms
- Knowledge of industry best practices in data center management
- Strong technical foundation in infrastructure technologies including Linux and Windows server administration
- Scripting languages including Powershell, Bash
- PXE server and Windows unattended install automation
Business Acumen:
- Strong Project management skills
- EHS and crisis management experience or awareness
- Experience in process management and improvement in a technical environment
Personal Attributes:
- Possesses excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills: strong problem-solving skills; communicates in a clear and succinct manner
- Ability to work independently and direct groups of contractors
