Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Manager of learning, Development & Innovation to lead the change in transforming our organizational capabilities. This is a high-impact, project-driven role that balances visionary strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between human capital development and process excellence, ensuring our workforce is not only skilled for today but innovators for tomorrow. You will own the full lifecycle of training initiatives, drive process improvement via formal methodologies, and cultivate a culture of continuous advancement across the enterprise.
Role and Responsibilities
Strategic Learning & Development (L&D)
- Design and execute a comprehensive L&D roadmap that aligns with company-wide business objectives.
- Identify skill gaps and develop targeted curricula to drive organizational performance.
Project -based Integration & Methodology
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, anf Agile frameworks to optimize operational workflows.
- Act as the subject matter expert in process improvement tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.
Innovation Enablement
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by embedding innovation into daily operations.
- Facilitate workshops and design-thinking sessions to capture and implement high-value employee ideas.
Leadership Development
- Create and facilitate specialized development tracks for frontline supervisors and identified high-potential (Hi-Po) talent.
- Implement mentorship and coaching frameworks to accelerate the readiness of our next generation of leaders in close collaboration with HR and Organization Leaders.
Performance & Impact Measurement
- Define and track operational and performance KPIs to measure programs and the efficacy of process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights to executive leadership regarding team performance and development trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with HR, Operations, and supporting departments to ensure training programs are synchronized with project requirements and organizational needs.
- Serve as a bridge between departmental silos to ensure unified messaging and resource alignment.
Budget & Resource Management
- Own the departmental budget, ensuring strategic allocation of funds for tools, training platforms, and personnel development.
- Manage project resources, balancing headcount, vendor usage, and time-to-market constraints.
Skill and Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in management, specifically within L&D. Organizational Development, or Operations Management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, organizational Development, or a related field preferred
- Methodology: Expert-Level proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies. Certification (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma Green / Black Belt) is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building coaching, and mentoring high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Execution: Demonstrated success in taking a project from conceptual strategy to full-scale execution and sustainable adoption.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, from frontline staff to executive leadership.
