Job Description Summary:

Supports OhioHealth hospitals and business units as an educational support liaison, including consulting, instructional design, strategic planning and project management based on educational and development needs. Insures standardization of education including but not limited to orientation, annual competency assessment, regulatory, accreditation and certification. Assists in the design of education based on educational standards, evidenced based practice and OhioHealth policy.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Serves as an education and development resource for OhioHealth hospitals and business units Acts as liaison to match needs of business unit with resources from Organizational Development Assists in strategic planning of system educational needs. Manages educational projects as assigned Facilitates centralized educational programs Ensures standardization of education including but not limited to orientation, annual competency assessment, regulatory, accreditation and certification, and management and associate development. Assists in the design of education based on educational standards, evidenced based practice and OhioHealth policy. 1. Education

a. Applies principles of educational processes which include the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of program development and management. b. Utilizes adult learning principles in the development and facilitation of educational programs'. Communicates the impact of educational outcomes to department leadership. d.
