Reporting to the Lean Manager, you as Sr Lean Engineer will be responsible for understands the sites products and processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop the business case for the changes.

Deployment of the Littelfuse Operating System (LFOS ).

Understands the sites products and processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop the business case for the changes.

Responsible for the Lean Engineers

Coordinate the Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and kaizen trainings according the plan.

Act as a support to production area to solve problems.

Location: Matamoros, Tamaulipas.
About you:

Professional degree complete with 2 to 5 years of experience in similar position.

Excellent Bilingual (English / Spanish).
-
Written and verbal communication ability, including presentation skills.

Leadership and project management skills.
-
Green Belt Certified, desired.
-
Lean tools as TPS, VSM, Kaizen.
