The Role

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a dynamic Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant as a part of the National Branch Growth & Enablement group within Consumer, Small & Business Banking who will be focus on leading the technology initiatives within the team, ensuring that all technological aspects align with the business goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams

  • Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives

  • Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives

  • Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions

  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues

  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

  • Leverage data and analytics to measure communication effectiveness and optimize future strategies

  • Track and analyze engagement metrics, feedback, and campaign performance to refine strategies.

  • Identify trends and insights to improve content impact and employee engagement

  • CSBB SharePoint Coordination- Site Collection Admin (SCA), Site owner, maintenance and leading online transition

Required Qualifications:  

  • 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in employee communications

  • SharePoint site design and admin functions experience

  • Previous experience in building SharePoint sites and managing SharePoint content, Power platform and Power BI capabilities, building dashboards and pulling reports. 

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Power Apps

  • Experience with identifying trends and insights to improve content impact and employee engagement

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and video creation

  • Experience developing and leading digital solutions for branch communications to include dashboards, calendar views, etc.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to track and analyze engagement metrics, feedback, and campaign performance to refine strategies.

  • Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions to complex questions.

  • Advanced skills in active listening, trust-building, collaboration, and influencing without authority.

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical groups.

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay range:

New York, New York: $120,400-$287,600 annual base salary

Minneapolis, Minnesota: $114,300-$262,600 annual base salary

Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job.
