The Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time Sr Lead AEM developer. As part of our elite team, you will contribute to our demanding and technologically advanced projects. You will be responsible for managing complex AEM developments, and connecting innovative solutions that align with our corporate strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to AEM and other integrated systems
- Design and develop components, templates, dialogs and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR)
- Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure feasibility of the project and deliver effective solutions
- Ensure best practice development standards and code optimization
Desired Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AEM and a strong background in Java programming and web development
- Demonstrable ability to develop and troubleshoot AEM templates, components, and dialogs
- Experience with AEM workflow creation, JCR, and services using the Apache Felix architecture
- Adept with front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related frameworks
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and development under SCRUM
Nice-to-Haves:
- Certification in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience working with cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools
- Experience in performance optimization of AEM
- Previous leadership or team management experience
