Sr. Java Developer (Spring, Hibernate and Web Services)

• Proficiency in core Java programming language and related technologies.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of web services (RESTful and SOAP).
• Strong SQL database skills (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

• Lead a team of Java developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and systems.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient Java solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovation.
• Ensure adherence to software development methodologies and best practices.

Backend Development:

• Core Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate.
• Web services (RESTful and SOAP).
• SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Methodologies:

• Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.

Cloud Computing:

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Problem-Solving:

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• 7+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proven experience leading a team of Java developers.
• Previous experience in delivering Java-based solutions for a large enterprise.

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement new technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in Java development (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 11 Developer) are highly desirable.
