  • Champion automation-first approaches that reduce operational overhead, improve service delivery, and enhance system reliability.
  • Partner with Security and Engineering leaders to ensure enterprise systems align with organizational security, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical incidents, guiding resolution efforts and driving root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.

Operational Excellence

  • Own the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise-wide services and infrastructure, ensuring operational readiness and business continuity.
  • Lead the maturation of monitoring, observability, incident management, change management, and problem management practices.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, knowledge management, automation, and operational analytics.
  • Institutionalize modern engineering and IT practices, including Agile methodologies, infrastructure-as-code, peer review, documentation standards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with leaders across Engineering, Security, Finance, Legal, People Operations, and Workplace Services to align technology capabilities with business priorities.
  • Manage vendor relationships, strategic technology partnerships, and service providers to maximize value and operational effectiveness.
