ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage IT projects with a high to critical level of risk / regulatory oversight.
- Indirectly manage and/or oversee IT Analysts on project tasks.
- Participate in the development, maintenance, and updating of IT Project Management standards and procedure as needed.
- Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders to identify, document, and resource requirements.
- Manage projects with high-level of Project Management rigor (i.e., PMBoK/industry standards)
- Responsible to ensure supporting Project Collateral is created in adherence to IT Project Management standards and procedures. This will include the creation of the collateral itself.
- Positively guide and Influence cross-functional project teams through issue and risk management.
- Manage IT technology initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Manage multiple projects at any given time and time horizon of projects generally range from medium to long term with little to no supervision.
- Oversee daily project activity.
- May use traditional waterfall, agile, Scaled Agile, or a mixture of project management techniques.
- Identify and coordinate the mitigation of project risks.
- Identify and coordinate the resolution of project issues.
- Manage and escalate program issues to their IT PMO Manager, Director of IT PMO, and IT Leadership as needed.
- Develop and report upon KPIs to IT Program Managers, IT Project Managers, and IT Leadership.
- Monitor and report on project status to IT Program Managers, IT PMO Manager, IT Leadership, and Bank Leadership.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
· Experience: At least ten years of proven Project Manager experience required.
- Certifications/Specific Knowledge: PMP, CSM, and/or SAFE certifications are highly desirable.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES
Required annual compliance training; New Employee Orientation; ITIL Foundations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to communicate orally with management co-workers, and non-technical stakeholders is important. Regular use of the telephone, e-mail, and collaboration tools for communication is essential. Standing or sitting for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is important for conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect project collateral.
Heavy lifting is not expected. Exertion of up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally is required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines or measuring tools is required.
