YETI is seeking a Senior IT Integration Manager to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise integration solutions that power our retail and digital experiences. This role will be instrumental in shaping our API-first strategy, leveraging platforms like Boomi to connect systems across eCommerce, SAP, CRM, and supply chain.  

This role requires a mix of technical thought leadership, strategic thinking with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and ensure seamless system integration. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Architect and implement scalable integration solutions using Boomi platform. 

  • Lead API strategy and lifecycle management, ensuring secure, performant, and reusable services. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs across retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels. 

  • Manage integration roadmap aligned with YETI’s digital transformation initiatives. 

  • Oversee development teams and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. 

  • Establish integration governance, standards, and best practices. 

  • Support data synchronization, event-driven architecture, and real-time analytics enablement. 

  • Drive continuous improvement in integration performance, reliability, and scalability. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with 3+ years in a leadership role. 

  • Proven expertise in Boomi/MuleSoft platforms (Boomi preferred) 

  • Strong background in API architecture, including RESTful services, GraphQL, and API gateways. 

  • Experience integrating retail systems such as POS, ERP (SAP), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and eCommerce platforms. 

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and hybrid integration models. 

  • Must have managed onshore/offshore teams. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 

  • Must have the right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Certifications in Boomi and/or MuleSoft. 

  • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms. 

  • Knowledge of retail compliance standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR). 

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps practices.
