We are looking for a Sr. IT CCTV Operators Specialist to manage, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems across all locations, ensuring security, system uptime, and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and ensure system uptime across all locations.
- Perform daily system health checks (cameras, storage, recording).
- Identify and report system issues, outages, or suspicious activities.
- Retrieve CCTV footage for incidents and investigations.
- Handle CCTV support tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (CCTV systems).
- Perform upgrades (firmware/software) and escalate critical issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and physical inspections.
- Replace faulty equipment and support field operations.
- Maintain system documentation, access control, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CCTV / Security Systems.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua).
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, VLAN).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Skills Required
