Position Summary
Sr. IT Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, understanding, analyze, document business requirements and drive improvements into the business processes to deliver high quality service to Rimini Street. This position will play a key role as a liaison between business groups and IT applications teams to develop & enhance such technologies as ServiceNow and Salesforce.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior IT Business Analyst will perform detailed requirements analysis with ability to articulate & document business processes & support internal training documentation, and identify areas for improvement
Ability to abstract business issues and using data analysis techniques determines the root cause and possible solutions
Working in a team with developers and business users, this position will identify and promote best practices and processes for business analysis
Evaluate business processes, develop User stories for development team, test scripts for QA, and implement solutions
Effectively communicates business insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful stories & reports
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Performing lifecycle testing
Take initiative to drive automation, analytics and reporting
Drive solutions that lead efficiency, standardization and minimization of redundancy in the existing processes
Conduct analysis on the data residing in various systems and determine how it can be integrated & used to improve business processes

Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills
8 - 10 Years of experience as an IT Business Analyst directly working with Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT business groups
Experience in technologies like ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
Strong documentation and training skills
Strong communication skills
Strong creative problem-solving skills
Language
Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish as a plus.
