You are responsible for the translation of business demands into concrete, state-of-the-art IT solutions. You will guide the business community in defining business requirements and transferring these requirements into high quality IT solutions. These IT solutions will in most cases be SAP focused.
Job description
You will be working in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe), where you will be working in the Agile Release Train (ART) “Operations Execution – Factory” (OEFA). This team is responsible for all IT Applications within our factories, located across the world (Netherlands, Germany, US, Taiwan, Korea).
You are getting energized by challenging the business about their requirements & processes in order to realize a fit in standard IT solutions (mainly SAP) instead of custom build solutions. You are able to translate these business requirements into the right functional IT specifications and IT solution direction. This means you create the functional design and contribute to the architectural roadmap. You are able to customize, test and train key-users.
You will support in delivering epics, features and user stories for your business
- Support in the process to define solution designs for epics and features
- Act as linking pin between business and solution architect:
- Guide business with process flows to facilitate process improvement and change
- Respect target architecture in solutioning
- Challenge business in solution direction close to SAP standard and fitting ASML target architecture
- Refinement:
- Requirements analysis
- Detail out functional design and document the solutioning (RICEF)
- Support in technical design
- Identify and support the Scrum Master(SM)/Product Owner (PO) in managing dependencies with other teams and other ARTs
- Customizing SAP and support developer
- Execute and document tests (unit test and SIT)
- Identify opportunities for test automation
- Adhere to release management strategy and facilitate SAP transport process
- Support key users and Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Training
- Bug fixing during hyper/after care
- Knowledge Transfer to the support organization
- 3rd line support of a dedicated support organization
Education
Bachelor or master degree in field Information Technology or Business Administration.
Experience
- 10+ years experience as Business Process Analyst, Functional SAP Consultant or similar positions;
- Knowledge of a Disturbance Handling and/or Defect Process;
- Detailed hands-on customizing knowledge of SAP QM (Quality Management)
Especially in the area of Notifications and Inspection lots. - Detailed hands-on customizing knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
- Experience with Apps build in Fiori, using ODATA services and / or SAP BTP developments
- Debug skills
- Preferable SAP certified
