Senior IT Application Support Analyst (Level 3 Support) - 100% Remote, PolandJob Summary:Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Senior IT Application Support Analyst (Level 3 Support) to join our Global Product Support organization.In this critical remote permanent role, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the stability and performance of applications deployed on cloud services, while ensuring a delightful experience for our clients.This organization supports Digital Solutions at Iron Mountain, which enables full lifecycle management for customers' physical and digital records and information.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:- Lead technical resolution for system issues by performing deep diagnostics and root cause analysis, and owning the relationship with the client through resolution.
- Enhance digital platform stability and scalability by applying best practices in IT Service Delivery Principles, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
- Onboard new clients and manage monitoring for our digital solutions, proactively addressing problems to meet or exceed expected performance.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading and supporting Enterprise-level applications.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Bash, Python scripting, and SQL and database concepts.
- Proven ability in excellent remote troubleshooting and stakeholder management with a customer-focused mindset.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with an understanding of cloud services (especially Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps best practices.
