As a Sr IT Analyst, the person will be accountable for configuring, supporting and optimizing the SAP Concur Travel & Expense management platform.  The role will provide input into the overall Application roadmap, maintain, build solutions to meet business objectives, while partnering with Operations team to ensure a stable environment. The role will lead delivery by displaying sound functional and technical proficiency across all stages of the project lifecycle, along with technical expertise and hands on work to meet project milestones.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Concur configuration and administration
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide 2nd level support for end users regarding expense reporting, workflow approvals, etc.
  • Integration Support: Setup and maintain data integration between Concur and upstream and downstream ERP systems
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and manage KPIs
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure travel and expense reports comply with company policies and audit rules.
  • Project Management: Support implementations, upgrades & testing (UAT)
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

You must have

  • Bachelor degree: Computer Science,  other IT/technical degree
  • 6+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with SAP Concur
  • Proficiency with ERP/Financial systems and data analysis tools (SQL)
  • Strong understanding of Corporate travel and expense policies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Finance
  • 5+ years of functional or technical experience with Finance applications, Project Management and/or Workflow type application
