JOB DESCRIPTION
Flexjet is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer who is passionate about innovation and mobile technologies to help us build beautiful, engaging, and intelligent apps for our private aviation customers. We support the technology needs of multiple established aviation brands, including Flexjet, Sentient Jet, and FXAIR. Our mobile team continuously enhances our suite of applications, and we’re expanding our Agile team to accelerate innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new features and optimize existing functionality across our suite of iOS applications.
- Ensure top-tier performance, quality, and responsiveness across all apps.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive, well-architected solutions.
- Conduct peer reviews of code and provide constructive feedback.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers.
- Demonstrate a commitment to our core value of fanatical attention to detail.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of Swift development experience in a professional environment.
- 3+ years of experience with Swift UI.
- Strong understanding of MVVM architecture.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Combine and reactive programming principles.
- Proven success in leading and owning major feature releases.
- Experience with UI automation testing is a plus.
