We are seeking a Sr. Internal Support Engineer in the Asia-Pacific region to join our rapidly growing organization. This is a technical role providing excellent career development opportunities for a successful candidate. You will be working with the Atlas Technica internal infrastructure team to support internal systems, including Windows 11 Laptops, Desktops, Azure AVD, Entra ID, Intune, MS Defender, and VOIP system. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:

  • 4-6 years of IT experience/administration 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Customer Service experience 
  • Windows 11 troubleshooting skills including knowledge of PowerShell 
  • Support/use of ConnectWise Manage and ScreenConnect 
  • Support of primarily Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID)

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of IT experience/administration 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Customer Service experience 
  • Windows 11 troubleshooting skills including knowledge of PowerShell 
  • Support/use of ConnectWise Manage and ScreenConnect 
  • Support of primarily Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID)

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience working in an MSP environment 
  • Administration and use of RMM agents/tools 
  • Experience with vendors such as Monday.com, Atlassian, AFI, Mimecast, and 1Password 
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as Cavelo, ThreatLocker, and MS Defender 
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate with teams across different time zones 
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to work effectively in a diverse environment
