The Information Security Analyst manages vulnerability identification, analysis, remediation, and tracking across client environments. The role supports security hardening, Microsoft Intune benchmark alignment, SIEM monitoring, SOC 2 activities, due diligence, risk assessments, penetration-test remediation, incident response, and security documentation. The analyst also develops automation, maintains remediation runbooks, coordinates with technical teams and outsourced SOC resources, and contributes to improving security operations and compliance processes.

Provides 100% onsite technical support for client users in Austin. Responsibilities include resolving tickets, troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoint, networking, virtualization, security, and infrastructure issues; administering Active Directory and Windows Server; documenting resolutions; following change-control and security standards; and collaborating on escalations and technical initiatives.
