What You'll Do:
- Workato Automation Strategy & Development: Leverage Workato to assist with architecture and implement sophisticated, high-impact low-code automation solutions, with a strong focus on utilizing native connectors. Strategically employ Workato Accelerators and Community Recipes to optimize the development lifecycle and ensure efficiency by adopting existing standard solutions instead of custom development.
- System Orchestration: Build robust, end-to-end integration workflows across our GTM technology stack (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Order) to harmonize customer data.
- Standardization: Define and implement reusable integration frameworks and extend existing governance models to ensure architectural consistency across business units.
- AI/ML Support: Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design integration architectures that effectively support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
- Monitoring & Error Handling: Implement sophisticated, proactive error-handling, alerting, and monitoring systems to preemptively resolve bottlenecks.
- Documentation: Maintain high-quality technical specifications and architectural diagrams using Confluence and Jira.
- Platform Administration & Governance:Oversee Workato Workspace administration, including the establishment and maintenance of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure a clear and appropriate separation of duties.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in integration engineering or middleware development.
- Deep Workato Development Expertise: A proven track record of managing Workato environments, optimizing task usage, and building complex automation recipes.
- API Mastery: Expert fluency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML data formats, Webhooks, and modern authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML).
- SaaS Ecosystem Knowledge: Hands-on experience integrating major enterprise systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, Zuora, and Jira.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices for integrations.
- Open to learn, a go getter, self motivated and work focused.
