We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to work on a part-time as needed (PRN) basis for our Engineering team.
What You’ll Do:
- Design learning solutions that improve product knowledge, operational efficiency, and performance.
- Conduct needs analyses, assess training effectiveness, and implement improvements to enhance learner impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of curriculum and training program design experience
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning theories and best practices; application of the ADDIE or SAM course development model to create learning solutions for customers and/ or employees
- Experience with training facilitation best practices; training program development tools such as Storyline, Articulate, etc.
- Experience designing and implementing training content for applications, such as new employee orientation, soft skills, methodology, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in instructional design, education, multimedia, or other instructional fields of study
- Experience with tools like Articulate, Photoshop, FrameMaker, InDesign, Illustrator, Audition, Captivate, and Camtasia
- Experience integrating AI tools into learning content design
- Proven success designing training for both technical and soft skills content
