What you'll be responsible for here:The Senior Inside Sales Consultant supports an established group of customers as a trusted advisor. You collaborate with schools to help them adopt and expand digital learning solutions. You deepen relationships with existing customers by learning about their goals, challenges, and changing needs. Using consultative conversations and strategic account management, you see opportunities to improve teaching and learning, increase adoption, and sustain long-term growth and retention. This role combines managing customer relationships, consulting on solutions, and growing accounts to produce valuable outcomes while encouraging ongoing partnerships.
What you will accomplish in this role:- Owning print renewals and identifying top print opportunities each quarter for digital conversion.
- Proactively engaging with customers via health check-in calls to understand their needs and uncover digital courseware opportunities.
- Conducting sales demos using our digital content platforms like CIMA and ExamReady.
- Growing accounts through quarterly check-ins, assessments, sales pitches, demos, and strong closings.
- Handing off converted digital accounts to the Customer Success Manager.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective prospecting, account management, and flawless execution of sales strategies.
- Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to ensure world-class customer experiences.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to determine innovative sales approaches.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or educational technology implementation.
- Proven track record to lead onboarding and training programs for institutional clients.
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills to influence faculty and leadership toward digital adoption.
- Proficiency in analyzing usage data, identifying risk signals, and accomplishing intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital learning platforms.
- Experience balancing multiple accounts simultaneously and driving expansion opportunities within existing portfolios.
- Prior experience partnering with K-12 school districts or equivalent experience is a plus

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s variable Sales incentive compensation program.
$25.00 - $30.00 USD0Target Variable Compensation:
24,000.00 USD Annual: Individual Targetannually
Actual incentive earnings are not guaranteed and may be more or less than the target amount based on achievement of performance goals and the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan.
