POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for managing and supporting Azure, AWS, Windows, and Linux environments to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations. This role installs, configures, automates, monitors, and troubleshoots infrastructure, supports production systems, maintains technical documentation, and works with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions while providing on-call support when required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Installs, configures, automates, and monitors various Azure & AWS Cloud services
  • Installs, configures, automates, and monitors Windows systems and domains.
  • Installs, configures, automates, and monitors Linux systems.
  • Performs operational engineering, including platform upgrades, server patching, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Provides off-hours on-call support.
  • Creates and updates technical documentation
  • Participates in projects in a fast-paced environment, independently or within a team
  • Works closely with peers to implement and manage secure, scalable, repeatable, and reliable cloud infrastructure environments.
  • Contributes to troubleshooting of production issues related to wide range of server and network topics.
  • Addresses day-to-day support cases in timely manner and with highest quality.
  • Aligns business objectives with technical solutions for stakeholder requests.
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education level, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information and Technology and Computer Engineering, or a related engineering/computer field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
  • 3+ years technical support and administration of Microsoft Azure or AWS systems
  • Experience with CloudFormation, Autoscaling, VPC in AWS.
  • Experience with Azure NSG
  • Experience with PowerShell
  • Experience with Active Directory, including maintaining several domains

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education level, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information and Technology and Computer Engineering, or a related engineering/computer field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
  • 3+ years technical support and administration of Microsoft Azure or AWS systems
  • Experience with CloudFormation, Autoscaling, VPC in AWS.
  • Experience with Azure NSG
  • Experience with PowerShell
  • Experience with Active Directory, including maintaining several domains
