- Manage and maintain Windows, VMWare, Citrix (or equivalent) Infrastructure and working proactively on ticketing tool requests.
- Provide weekend support on scheduled weekend changes
- Provide on-call support during off hours if needed
- Participate in Disaster Recovery and BCP drills
- Manage Physical server infrastructure using remote access
- Manage and maintain virtual machines in internal ESX farm as well as in AWS
- Build new physical and virtual servers as per standards
- Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
- Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Red Hat Linux administration is mandatory; candidates with fewer years may be considered for junior-level titles such as Sr. Infrastructure Analyst.
- Optional but advantageous skills include proficiency or extensive knowledge of Kubernetes platforms, VMware, SAN management, and related concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022), VMware ESXi installation, configuration, management, troubleshooting, and vSphere environment setup (including ESXi hosts and vCenter Server) is essential.
- The candidate should have a sound understanding of DNS, DHCP, Fileserver, RDP, Print management, KMS, and experience with hardware monitoring tools like Dell OME and HP SIM.
- Experience in server migration processes, operating system upgrades, patch management, and print server management is also required.
- Additionally, experience with publishing applications on Citrix, troubleshooting user connection issues, deploying VMs from templates, and managing VMware infrastructure is needed.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, ELB, RDS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and cloud-native applications, is desirable.
- The candidate must be capable of performing regular updates and patches, disaster recovery tests, and providing weekend and on-call support as scheduled.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Certifications such as Microsoft or VMware are preferred.
