Position Summary
As an Sr. IT Security, Risk and Compliance Analyst (Risk Management Specialist), you will utilize your skills to perform risk assessments of enterprise systems and applications. Assessments will consist of determination of security risks, data analysis, and identification and implementation of risk management strategies. You will be responsible for supporting other security audits to ensure compliance with US and foreign regulatory requirements. The position requires ability to operate with remote supervision, with high customer satisfaction, efficiency, and accountability towards the success of the program.
Responsibilities
Security, Risk, and Compliance Administration
Assist with implementation of risk assessment methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk procedures and recommend improvements.
Assist in the development of risk management policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of risk management frameworks and tools within the organization.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective risk management practices and conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
Monitor and report on risk exposure and mitigation efforts.
Documenting evidence that supports compliance with security requirements
Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices related to risk management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT or a related field with minimum 5 - 6 years of related experience.
Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Risk Management Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency with risk management software and data analysis tools. Prior experience working with GRC platforms such as AuditBoard preferred
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
Experience working within a distributed team in multiple geographical locations preferred.
