We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of Viral Nation’s influencer talent agency division. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting talent strategy execution, and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and the creators we represent. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and deeply familiar with the influencer space, including social media platforms, talent management, and content optimization.

Please note that this is a 1 Year Contract opportunity.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Support talent operations across the agency, including onboarding, workflow coordination, and system management.
  • Assist in onboarding new influencer talent, ensuring a smooth transition into the VN ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain pitch materials and social-first strategy decks for prospective talent and celebrity partnerships.
  • Analyze platform trends and performance data to inform content strategies that drive creator growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Talent Agents and Creative teams to support content execution, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and regularly update tracking systems, talent rosters, pitch decks, and campaign documentation.
  • Monitor financial tracking for campaigns and assist with reconciliation of completed partnerships.
  • Address day-to-day creator questions or issues professionally, escalating when needed.
  • Educate new hires (agents and coordinators) on VN’s tools, procedures, and internal systems.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, social media trends, and influencer tools to improve agency efficiency.
  • Assist in identifying new growth opportunities and improvements for talent operations.

You'll Need To Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent operations, digital media, or entertainment (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and content performance drivers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools for influencer sourcing, campaign tracking, and reporting (e.g., Airtable, CreatorIQ, Sprout).
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both internal teams and external talent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for the creator economy.
This role has an annual salary range of $65,000 to $75,000
 
This range reflects the full scope and progression of the role, from building capability to operating with sustained impact at a higher level. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package designed to support our team as they grow with us.

Where an offer falls within this range is determined through the interview process. Candidates are benchmarked by the hiring team based on role scope, relevant experience, skill alignment, and expected impact, using consistent and objective criteria.

Compensation progression is tied to demonstrated performance, expanded scope, and sustained contribution over time, not tenure alone. Employee compensation is reviewed regularly through formal performance reviews and check-ins to ensure alignment with role expectations and impact.
