Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Consulting:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance on a wide range of issues, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Conduct HR needs assessments and develop solutions to address business challenges.
- Employee Relations:
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, such as employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
- Provide guidance on employee performance management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Talent Management:
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentorship.
- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Organizational Development:
- Drive organizational change initiatives and support the development of a high-performing culture.
- Facilitate team building and improve team effectiveness.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate HR metrics and insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a HR Business Partner role.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills Required
