About the Role
LendingClub is seeking a Sr HRIS Manager to help maintain and optimize the use of our HR system capabilities. Working as part of the HR Systems and Analytics team as an individual contributor, you will partner with cross functional teams from People Operations, Recruiting, HR Business Partner, Payroll, Accounting, and Corporate Technology. This is a great opportunity for someone with Workday experience to help us expand our Workday footprint and improve our technology solutions and operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform Workday administrative functions including business process configuration, bulk uploads (EIBs), and assisting the Corporate Technology team in maintaining security policies, roles and responsibilities including SOX compliance
- Prioritize and deliver Workday system enhancements and on-going maintenance
- Provide functional HRIS support to the HR team on HR processes and systems, including creating and rolling out trainings to end users
- In partnership with the Payroll team, provide technical, security and integration support for ADP
- Participate in projects aimed at improving HR performance and efficiency, including new large-scale deployments
- Document functional requirements and specifications, develop testing scenarios, conduct user acceptance testing and deployment into production
- Act as functional liaison between HR and Corporate Technology to elicit and document business requirements related to HR Systems projects, including Integrations
- Accountable for data integrity of our HR systems. Proactively maintain and document Workday data integrity through audits and queries
- Participate in Workday’s bi-annual upgrade testing and retrofit any impact to existing Business processes
About You

6+ years of HRIS experience and bachelor’s degree in a related field of study; or equivalent work experience

3+ years of Workday experience, with specific administrative experience in Workday Performance and Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Report Writer, and Security

ADP experience a plus

Possess strong analytical skills; be able to analyze data, draw conclusions, make recommendations

Possess strong critical thinking capability; be able to solve problems Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; be able to translate data and present in an understandable manner
Work Location
San Francisco
We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 135,000-159,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.
