We’re looking for a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our HR systems, with a strong focus on reporting, dashboards, data quality, and day-to-day Workday administration.
Responsibilities
Reporting, Metrics, and Dashboards
Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics that inform HR and business decision-making.
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear, actionable, and user-friendly solutions.
Enhance reporting and analytics related to headcount, turnover, hiring, retention, compensation, organizational changes, compliance, and other workforce trends.
Create and maintain calculated fields and reporting logic needed to deliver advanced insights and dashboarding.
Increase visibility into key people metrics so leaders can make informed, timely decisions.
HRIS Administration
Manage the day-to-day administration of Workday and related HR systems.
Troubleshoot system, data, and process issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define system specifications.
Contribute to system enhancements, business process updates, testing, and release activities.
Maintain system documentation, training guides, and reference materials for HR processes and reporting.
Serve as a trusted resource to HR users by providing guidance and training as needed.
Data Integrity and Process Improvement
Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems and reporting.
Strengthen data governance, documentation, and process controls across the HR technology landscape.
Identify manual or inefficient processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
Participate in projects and enhancements that advance reporting, automation, and overall HR technology effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address system needs and business priorities.
Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and system solutions.
Coordinate testing and implementation efforts for system updates, new functionality, and process improvements.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and encourage adoption of new tools and processes.
3+ years of experience in Workday HCM.
Experience building reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday.
Understanding of HR data, HR processes, and HR system best practices.
Experience troubleshooting issues, participating in testing, and improving processes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into useful business insight.
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong communication and partnership skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way.
Customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
Experience with Workday releases, EIBs, or integrations.
Experience with dashboards, analytics, or visualization tools beyond standard reporting.
Experience working in a lean, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and approach challenges with an out-of-the-box, solutions-oriented mindset.
