Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Operations & Module Support
- Serve as the primary HRIS partner for core HCM modules (primarily SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, and Talent modules).
- Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and support across the employee lifecycle.
- Support HR and Payroll teams with issue resolution, data corrections, and system inquiries.
- System Enhancements, Releases & Integrations
- Manage and execute system changes including configuration updates, releases, enhancements, and integrations.
- Support HR system integrations and data feeds using middleware or APIs (e.g., Dell Boomi, SAP CPI, file-based integrations).
- Partner with IT and vendors to resolve defects, manage incidents, and coordinate fixes.
- Data Management, Security & Compliance
- Perform data migration activities, mass uploads, data mapping, and validation.
- Maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflow rules, MDF objects, and foundation objects.
- Conduct data audits, support compliance activities, and ensure data integrity across systems
- Testing & Change Support
- Lead and execute testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Support HR-led initiatives such as compensation planning cycles, reporting changes, and process updates.
- Document changes, processes, and configuration decisions for continuity and audit readiness.
- Reporting & Insights
- Support standard and ad hoc reporting across HRIS platforms.
- Assist with dashboards, audits, and workforce analytics using SuccessFactors reporting and/or Power BI.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to translate reporting needs into system solutions.
- Transformation & Future-State Readiness
- Provide support for HR transformation efforts, including business process optimization and system readiness for future platform changes (e.g., SuccessFactors to Workday).
- Contribute to migration preparation activities such as data cleanup, configuration rationalization, and reporting alignment.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Must Have:
- 7+ years of senior HRIS experience in large enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, including backend.
- Experience in REST APIs and integrations.
- Proven experience supporting HRIS operations during high-volume, business-critical periods.
- Experience with HR system integrations, data feeds, or middleware.
- Strong testing, data validation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to operate independently as a long-term contractor with minimal ramp-up.
- Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Workday (support, reporting, security, migration activities).
- Experience supporting compensation cycles, payroll, or time & attendance integrations.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with web services.
- ServiceNow HR case management exposure.
