Responsibilities also include organizational development, succession planning, regulatory and intellectual property considerations, and representing data strategy to customers, partners, analysts, and industry organizations.

Own the architecture, governance, roadmap, and performance of Adobe Marketo Engage and the broader marketing automation ecosystem. Design lifecycle programs, lead nurturing, segmentation, scoring, integrations, and reusable automation templates. Manage Marketo-Salesforce data synchronization and other MarTech integrations, advise cross-functional teams, lead platform governance and security communications, mentor Marketing Operations, and advance analytics, operational improvement, and AI adoption.

Manage strategic enterprise healthcare accounts as a trusted executive advisor. Drive adoption, retention, growth, value realization, and measurable operational, financial, and clinical outcomes. Develop account plans, lead executive business reviews, identify performance opportunities and risks, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support value-based care, population health, care coordination, and payer-provider collaboration programs. Designs and operates resilient multi-cloud and on-premises infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, automation, Kubernetes, service mesh, identity, storage, observability, SRE metrics, incident response, and reliability improvements. The role participates in on-call rotations, leads complex incidents, drives multi-team infrastructure initiatives, mentors SREs, and applies AI-assisted tooling to reduce operational toil.

Supports subscription and billing operations through financial transaction analysis, account reconciliation, billing corrections, dispute resolution, credit memos, rebills, and subscription changes. Reviews contract terms, analyzes billing anomalies, prepares reports, and explains variances to stakeholders. Partners with Customer Success, Professional Services, and other business teams on process improvements, data governance, quote-to-cash activities, and subscription management best practices.

Manages accounts receivable collections for an assigned customer portfolio, including reconciliations, invoice and payment application, account analysis, billing issue resolution, escalations, and overdue balance recovery. Maintains accurate customer documentation, prepares reports, coordinates pre-authorized payments, and collaborates with sales, customer success, finance, customers, and other stakeholders. Handles complex accounts, identifies root causes, supports process improvements, and provides management with account status and performance insights.

Leads qualitative and quantitative market research to uncover customer, market, competitive, and healthcare insights. Designs and manages studies, analyzes data using statistical and AI-assisted tools, develops reports and dashboards, presents recommendations, maintains research quality, and coordinates external partners. Collaborates with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to influence product strategy, growth, innovation, and customer experience initiatives.

Develop and maintain scalable Java applications and REST APIs using Spring Boot. Write clean, efficient code, automate tasks, test using TDD, troubleshoot systems, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors. Review code, validate software, apply current technologies, and contribute to product improvements. The role may also involve cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, security protocols, UI frameworks, on-call support, and mentoring.

Identify high-value use cases, optimize cost and performance, establish responsible AI governance, mentor engineers, and guide cross-functional teams from prototypes to measurable business outcomes.

Supports critical production services, monitoring, incident response, deployment validation, observability, and reliability improvements. Develops scripts, automation, AI-powered operational tools, runbooks, and workflows to reduce operational toil. Partners with development teams on reliability best practices, operational readiness, and production system understanding while learning SRE, distributed systems, and cloud operations under mentorship.

Leads qualitative and quantitative market research to uncover customer, market, competitive, and healthcare industry insights. Designs and manages surveys, focus groups, interviews, brand trackers, and complex research studies; analyzes data using statistical and AI-based tools; and delivers reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations. Collaborates with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, coordinates external research partners, maintains data quality, and manages multiple research projects and timelines.

Own and execute PointClickCare’s owned brand content strategy across blogs, podcasts, web, and long- and short-form channels. Responsibilities include editorial planning, writing, editing, agency management, executive thought leadership, content distribution, performance measurement, event content for SUMMIT, and employer brand support. The role partners closely with product marketing, demand generation, growth, HR, and talent acquisition teams to align content with business and audience priorities.

Own and execute PointClickCare’s brand content strategy across blogs, podcasts, web, and other formats. Responsibilities include editorial planning, writing, editing, production management, thought leadership development, content distribution, agency coordination, performance measurement, and optimization. The role also supports SUMMIT event content and employer brand initiatives while partnering closely with product marketing, demand generation, growth, HR, and talent acquisition teams.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable Java microservices, data platforms, and batch and real-time pipelines. Optimize lakehouse technologies, event-driven architectures, cloud-native deployments, data quality, governance, observability, and performance. Establish schema contracts, testing, monitoring, SLAs, SLOs, and automated validation.
