Senior Strategic Advisor / Senior HR Business Partner – Corporate Functions Eurasia

📍 Eurasia | Hybrid role with regional scope | Travel to be expected

About Solenis

At Solenis, we strive to go beyond clean by championing sustainability in a world where resources like water, energy, and materials are increasingly scarce.

Our mission is to do more with less, creating a brighter future for generations to come. We partner with leaders across heavy industries, water treatment, and consumer markets, ensuring that operational efficiency, safety, and environmental impact are seamlessly integrated.

For over a century, we've continuously evolved our chemical and digital solutions—all rooted in our unwavering commitment to the planet, our customers, and the communities we serve.

The Role – Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Advisor / Senior HR Business Partner (Eurasia) to support and shape our corporate functions as we continue our rapid global expansion.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Talent Strategy and HR Business Partner – Corporate Functions, you will sit at the critical intersection of strategic people management and business growth. This individual contributor role acts as a primary advisor and integrator between the global HR organization and Eurasia’s corporate functions, including Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and Corporate Communications.

Rather than executing purely localized, operational tasks, you will drive high-level strategy. You will step in during a pivotal HR transformation to translate business objectives into a high-impact people agenda.

Your mission:

  • Align and elevate strategic HR practices: Design and deploy comprehensive talent, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives for key global and regional leaders.
  • Navigate Complexity & Change: Guide leaders through major business transformations, including mergers, acquisitions (M&A), integrations, and organizational redesigns.
  • Champion Growth: Act as the "Voice of HR" to the business and the "Voice of the Customer" to HR, building high-performance cultures across diverse teams.
  • Operate as a Senior Solo Partner: Function with high independence, leveraging your ability to influence without direct authority to execute programs through matrixed teams.

Given the regional scope and global stakeholder landscape of this role, travel is to be expected based on business needs and key transformation milestones

  • Provide objective consultation and coaching to senior leaders on complex, ambiguous people-related matters.

  • Oversee the development and execution of L&D programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Champion DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
