HR Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst plays a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining HR reporting and analytics for Learning Care, including Oracle HCM reporting, HR and talent scorecard(s), and ad hoc analysis. This role collaborates with key partners within HR and across support teams to architect accurate, decision-ready reporting solutions — both near and long term — and serves as the authority on how HR data is defined and used across the organization.

- Good HR fluency across areas such as compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, compliance, and workforce operations

- A builder’s mindset to develop the HR and talent scorecard(s); support existing data validation and people analytics needs and own the HR reporting catalog
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into accurate, useful reporting solutions
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and working across multiple teams
- Strong data stewardship, including curiosity about source data, proactive issue identification, follow-through, and the ability to recommend HR reporting best practices based on cross-functional reporting experience

Essential Job Responsibilities:
HR scorecard and standing reporting
- Design and build the LC HR and talent scorecard in partnership with HRLT and functional leaders
- Own maintenance, refresh cadence, version control, and leadership-ready reporting
- Identify recurring reporting needs and proactively recommend metrics stakeholders should track
- Maintain a catalog of standing reports and dashboards with documented logic, owners, and schedules
Oracle HCM reporting and data fluency
- Build and maintain Oracle HCM reports and extracts using OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, and SQL-based report logic
- Understand how HR data is captured, structured, and stored, including the reporting impact of upstream configuration and data entry decisions
- Partner with HR Systems to stay aligned on data architecture, system changes, and reporting implications
- Identify data quality issues and help resolve gaps that affect reporting accuracy and integrity
- Support recurring reporting cycles, including headcount, turnover, compensation, and workforce analytics
Ad hoc analysis and stakeholder partnership
- Respond to ad hoc people data requests from HR, field operations, and corporate stakeholders
- Consult with HR leaders to clarify needs, ask the right questions, and independently deliver accurate reporting solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional analytics deliverables, including report specifications, metric logic, and stakeholder-ready outputs
- Synthesize data findings into clear insights and recommendations that support decision-making and operational priorities
- Test, validate, and support release of data and reporting products to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with defined requirements before stakeholder delivery
Power BI partnership and HR data governance
- Serve as HR data authority for the Power BI team, governing HR data definitions, usage, and access
- Validate HR data flows into Power BI for consistency with Oracle HCM source data and HR metric definitions
- Provide context and sign-off for HR-facing dashboards and visualizations
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The role operates independently, managing workload, priorities, and deliverables with direction from the Sr. Director, HR Operations and the HR leadership team.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Required
- Four to seven years of experience in HR reporting, people analytics, or HRIS analysis
- Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud reporting experience using OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, and SQL for report logic or data extraction
- Strong understanding of HCM data architecture, configuration impacts, and reporting logic
- Experience building or supporting HR scorecards or executive people metrics products
- Ability to consult with stakeholders and independently deliver accurate reporting solutions
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
- Strong data quality, validation, and communication skills
- Experience in a large, multi-location, predominantly hourly workforce environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
Preferred
- Experience as an HR data partner or SME for Power BI or enterprise analytics
- Familiarity with UKG, ServiceNow, or other HR workforce/request management platforms
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
- Base salary range: $90-100k.
- This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
