We have an opportunity for a Sr HR Partner (m/f/d) to join us at Honeywell, in Nagykanizsa or Budapest, where you will support leaders and employees in our two locations in Hungary: Nagykanizsa and Budapest. You will play a crucial role in driving our HR initiatives and ensuring the effective management of human resources across the organization aligned with business objectives. Your work will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.
The candidate can be ideally located in Nagykanizsa and willing to travel to Budapest every three months or can be located in Budapest and be willing to travel to Nagykanizsa every two weeks.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and initiatives in Hungary
- Partner with talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the organization
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise Teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives supporting business objectives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Key skills and qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Fluent Hungarian and English - verbal and writing
- Strong knowledge of local labor law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
