Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Change framework strategy and implementation: Utilize Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies to align strategically with overall People Operations and HR transformation and optimization goals.
- Responsible for managing Change Management intake and other processes to support the delivery People Operations and HR projects through the established Framework. Assess current states, analyze stakeholders, identify risks, and establish goals and milestones for changes.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans to align change activities to project timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies.
- Communication and Training: Create and deliver communication strategies, training programs, and transition plans for managers and employees to facilitate smooth change implementation. As appropriate, help to develop communications or training materials, or coach project resources on how to do so.
- Stakeholder Management: Support stakeholder mapping and engagement activities, and act as a liaison between senior management, PMO leadership and project teams, ensuring alignment and support for change initiatives.
- Post-Implementation Monitoring: Identify KPIs and administer processes to measure the results of changes and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
- Has specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in HR operations within GEV. Serves as best practice/quality resource on Change Management approaches and execution.
- Communicates complex messages and negotiates internally with senior leaders in the business and HR to adopt a different point of view. Influences others to take action and may have limited negotiation with external partners or vendors.
- Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team.
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires 5+ years of experience with Change Management in Human Resources & HR Operations Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $105,800.00 and $176,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
