Range: $85,000-100,000, plus yearly bonus
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Sr. HR Generalist is a pivotal role for Project Nova, our business transformation initiative at Quest Diagnostics. You will be an essential contributor to the HR Director, driving the people-centric agenda of our most critical project. This is a high-velocity, execution-focused position where you will not only assist with core HR programs and initiatives but also leverage cutting-edge AI and data analytics to shape our workforce strategy. The position is hybrid and will sit with Quest Diagnostics' Secaucus, NJ HQ.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the execution of the Project Nova staffing plan, overseeing the high-volume processing of internal transfers, external hires and consultants to ensure we meet our critical talent objectives.
Schedule interviews, track analytics with a keen attention to detail and continuously looking for process improvements.
Elevate the employee experience by designing and managing seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every team member feels valued and ready for success from day one.
Help drive the successful adoption of Project Nova by supporting the execution of change management strategies that ensure a smooth and positive transition for all employees.
Maintain and analyze the Nova Pulse dashboard, tracking key metrics like headcount, vacancy rates, and engagement. Translate data trends into predictive insights and actionable recommendations.
Utilize AI and other advanced technologies to streamline HR workflows, enhance process efficiencies, and provide data-driven solutions for management.
Assist in coordinating and executing key HR programs, including employee engagement initiatives, team-building sessions, talent reviews, and performance calibration cycles.
Serve as a key resource for Project Nova employees, supporting them throughout their journey at Quest and helping to translate HR policies into practical, employee-centric solutions.
Create high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation using PowerPoint, Excel, and productivity tools.
Serve as a point of contact for Project Nova team members, resolving day-to-day HR inquiries efficiently and escalating complex issues.
Work with vendor partners to optimize services and drive value
2–3 years of professional HR experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or corporate environment.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel eg VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data analysis is essential.
