SUMMARY
This role will be an HR Partner and trusted advisor to managers and front-line leaders at MicroAire. This role is impactful to the tactical execution of our company strategy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult, coach and collaborate with leaders and managers on HR Policies, processes, people management, tactical execution and career development.
- Coach leaders and managers through tactical execution, recruitment efforts, employee relations, talent development, engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion and performance management.
- Consult with colleagues on their leave requests, options, concerns, compliance and document management in partnership with HR Director.
- Steers company onboarding program and supports on benefit consultation and timekeeping.
- Works with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts and onboard talent.
- Supports on tracking PTO and leave accruals and usage.
- Makes recommendations on new approaches, policies and procedures for continuous improvements in the department and services provided.
- Supports and lead change management initiatives as assigned.
- Assists managers through annual HR processes: performance reviews, as determined by HR Director.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A bachelor’s degree preferred with three to five years of Human Resources experience. PHR Preferred.
