As a Senior Human Resources Generalist here at Honeywell, you will develop, implement, and own HR and talent strategies that align with our corporate objectives. You will partner with and influence leaders to lead transformational initiatives in talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and organization development/effectiveness.
You will report directly to our Sr. HR Director, for the East Region, and you’ll work out of our Palmetto, FL location.
In this role, you will impact the organization by shaping the future of its workforce and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity. Your strategic leadership role will ensure that Honeywell attracts and retains top talent, develops its employees, and enhances their engagement and well-being.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a HR partner to site providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to support business objectives and operational performance.
- Drive HR excellence across the direct and matrixed team, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and support to the organization.
- Collaborate closely with operations leaders to support a safe, productive manufacturing environment through effective staffing, attendance management, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive positive employee experience by managing employee relations matters, supporting engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor requirements, and fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and workplace respect.
- Develop and deploy a talent strategy, bringing a holistic talent view to implement solutions in talent acquisition, succession planning, and learning and development.
- Maintain standard work and have a continuous improvement mindset to identify and implement opportunities for simplification.
