What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently generate meaningful insights through data analysis and use of data visualization tools.
- Verify the effectiveness of HR policies/programs in operation through data analysis.
- Independently communicate on data analysis results and carry out the process of identifying areas to revise/supplement/improve.
- Independently carry out analysis model improvement by monitoring/tracking the analysis results applied and identifying areas improved.
- Analyze requirements by data requester and service.
- Process and provide data in an analyzable format based on requirements.
- Define KPIs and identify improvement opportunities in HR analytics.
- Tackle complex data analysis problems, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficient in SQL & Power BI
- Experience using cloud-based databases( like hive/presto, airflow, aws redshift ) is a plus
