Position Summary

The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders within their client group. This critical leadership role provides guidance and consultation across the full spectrum of HR including talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, people practices, and culture alignment. The Sr. HRBP will collaborate with key stakeholders to enable achievement of business goals.

This is a high visibility, high impact role for an experienced HR leader capable of influencing executives and enabling managers. Exceptional partnership, critical thinking, and change management skills are essential.


Accountabilities & Responsibilities

· Consult and advise business leaders on a wide range of HR-related issues including talent assessment, leadership development, change management, employee relations, compensation, and HR compliance

· Develop integrated people strategies and talent management programs aligned with broader business goals and initiatives

· Provide guidance to managers and executives on organization design, job architecture, and headcount planning

· Partner with HR Leadership on employee programs, platforms, and initiatives to drive adoption and engagement within assigned client group

· Interpret data from HR systems and metrics to uncover insights and opportunities relevant to business leaders

· Proactively identify organizational needs and HR solutions to enable achievement of current and future business strategies

· Lead talent review and succession planning processes for assigned client group

· Support business leaders on employee relations issues including investigations, performance management, and terminations

· Other duties as assigned


Education & Experience

Required:

· 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with direct support to leaders

· Experience coaching managers and senior leaders on performance, employee relations, and talent decisions

· Ability to influence decision-making and navigate complex people issues

· Experience supporting organizational change or team-level shifts

· Working knowledge of core HR areas (performance, ER, talent, partnering with COEs)

· Strong communication and judgment; able to handle sensitive situations

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


Preferred:

· Prior HRBP or HR Generalist experience in a leader-facing role

· Exposure to org design, workforce planning, or change initiatives

· Demonstrated ability to challenge and influence leaders credibly

· Experience working in a fast-paced or evolving environment

· HR certification(s) (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)


Knowledge & Skills

· Expert knowledge of HR disciplines including talent acquisition, development, total rewards, and employment law

· Demonstrated ability to influence executives and enable managers as a trusted advisor

· Strong analytical skills and business acumen with track record of solving complex people issues

· Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

· Experience guiding organizational change and talent transformation initiatives

· Strong business acumen with a talent/people lens

· Ability to manage competing demands, prioritize work with a sense of urgency, meet deadlines, work independently, and deliver on commitments

· Results and action oriented

· Flexible with the ability to adjust to a constantly changing work environment

· Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a bias to action

· Tactfully challenge the status quo and identify opportunity for continuous improvement

Below is the starting salary or hourly range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.

US Pay Range
$100,500$150,975 USD
