- Acts as a strategic advisor to India leadership, aligning people strategies with business priorities, growth plans, and organizational needs.
- Identifies organizational gaps and designs people solutions that enable teams to scale effectively while maintaining global standards.
- Provides guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, and succession planning.
- Uses market insights, regulatory awareness, and internal data to inform people-related decisions.
- Drives measurable outcomes across talent development, engagement, performance management, and retention.
- Leads execution of biannual promotion cycles, ensuring consistency, fairness, and timely completion.
- Partners with leaders to define and track people-related KPIs, OKRs, and board-level metrics.
- Ensures employee relations cases, performance improvement plans, and change initiatives are handled effectively and resolved with discipline.
- Partners closely with global HR functions including Recruiting, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Operations, and Finance to deliver integrated people solutions.
- Works with managers to support hiring, onboarding, development, and career progression aligned to business goals.
- Collaborates with FP&A and Recruiting to analyze workforce trends and inform planning decisions.
- Contributes to global HR initiatives by sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned from the India organization.
- Serves as a trusted, frontline HR resource for India employees and people leaders, providing clear guidance on policies, practices, and employee relations matters.
- Coaches leaders on effective communication, feedback, and change management practices.
- Communicates people strategies, decisions, and insights clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Leverages analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled capabilities within HR systems to improve insight generation, decision support, and process efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role
- Experience supporting leaders and employees within a global organization; GCC or high-growth startup experience preferred
- Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and change management
- Experience leading performance improvement plans and handling sensitive employee matters with discretion
- Strong understanding of talent management, organizational design, and succession planning
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday; experience with Greenhouse and other HR platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform people decisions
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate autonomously while influencing outcomes across a matrixed, global environment
