We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team—someone who thrives on building strong relationships, fostering talent, and driving business results through people strategies. Why You’ll Love This RoleYou’ll be the go-to strategic HR partner for leaders across our plant operations and key business functions—offering guidance, driving engagement, and creating programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Engineering, Digital Commercial, and Customer Service teams to align people strategies with business goals. What You’ll DoChampion Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop tailored strategies to increase retention and boost employee satisfaction across your business areas.
Drive Workforce Planning: Align talent strategies with business needs by leading internal mobility, succession planning, and organizational design.
Be a Trusted Advisor to Leaders: Cultivate a culture of trust, safety, and high performance through close partnerships with plant leadership and business function leaders across Finance, Engineering, Digital Commercial, and Customer Service.
Lead Performance & Talent Development: Facilitate talent reviews, calibrations, and action plans that strengthen leadership pipelines.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs): Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other HR specialists to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Monitor Metrics that Matter: Use data and KPIs to inform decisions and provide insights that shape business and people strategies.
Support Change Management: Guide teams through transformation, growth, and change with empathy and structure.
Ensure Compliance & Consistency: Maintain HR best practices and ensure policies are applied fairly and consistently.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Proven experience supporting leaders in a strategic HRBP capacity
Strong business acumen and communication skills
Experience with succession planning, engagement initiatives, and talent development
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Master’s degree in HR or MBA
PHR/SPHR certification
Familiarity with Workday HRIS
Previous experience collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence
