Job DescriptionStrategic purpose of the position:
The Global Supply Chain Excellence Senior Manager is responsible for driving the global footprint and supply chain model together with the GSC digitalization transformation to enhance customer experience, support business growth and improve company’s profitability to best serve and win with our brands.
Job responsibilities:
Lead Global Supply Chain Digitalization Transformation to form central demand and supply planning control tower, integrated with any planning platform, IoT or AI solution..etc to increase the planning accuracy and efficiency
Develop global footprint and supply chain model, integrated with cross functional strategies (e.g. DFM, Manufacturing 4.0…) in order to enhance customer experience by customer segment, support business growth and improve company’s profitability.
Provide thought leadership on emerging supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices.
Regularly arrange global footprint and supply chain assessments to ensure global resources balancing and supply chain efficiency
Provide leadership and direction to supply chain staff, ensuring the development of a high performing team with a focus on continuous improvement.
