TITLE: Senior Growth Marketing Analyst
Duties: Drive our acquisition efforts via web marketing for various ad networks working to set up campaigns in a thoughtful and strategic way to achieve internal revenue and acquisition goals with a focus on web marketing campaigns. Demonstrate a strong understanding of user behavior, funnels, marketing channels, and the ecosystem in order to steer paid marketing strategies. Determine market trends and customer needs to discover new growth opportunities. Identify and optimize new and existing growth levers via campaign experimentation, improved catalog structure and refined conversion data. Work collaboratively with UA adjacent teams to assist projects improving campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and measurement. Guide creative production, working with both internal and external teams to establish best practices for copy, creative assets, and testing cadence. Remote work permitted only in the U.S.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
SALARY: Zone 1: $178,110.00 - $205,200.00
Zone 2: $178,110.00 - $184,700.00
Zone 3: $178,110.00

MAIN REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Analytics, Advertising, Economics, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience as Growth Marketing Analyst, Market Research Analyst, Market Research Consultant, Digital Marketing Associate, Market Researcher Media Analyst or related role where required experience gained.
ALTERNATE REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Analytics, Advertising, Economics, or a closely related field of study and two (2) years of experience as Growth Marketing Analyst, Market Research Analyst, Market Research Consultant, Digital Marketing Associate, Market Researcher Media Analyst or related role where required experience gained.
Special Skills: Also requires experience in the following:
- 2 years of Digital marketing with an emphasis on performance;
- 2 years of Web PPC campaigns including Google Search, Shopping, Display or other related campaigns, including remarketing;
- 2 years of Analyzing and optimizing toward KPIs such as CAC (cost per acquired customer), ROAS (return on ad spend), or similar;
- 2 years of Leveraging BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau and extensive work in Excel/Google Sheets;
- 2 years of UTMs, Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- 1 year Managing 6-figure USD monthly budgets with investment discipline and an ROI focus.
