This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new lithium-ion battery production facility in Penang, Malaysia for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.
Responsibilities:
- Built and support global and regional SharePoint Site Architecture.
- Built and support global and regional access groups and permissions.
- Governance, Policies, and Procedures for SharePoint sites, Teams and OneDrive.
- Ability to troubleshoot and support current sites and solutions deployed.
- Build a portfolio/case management for Legal.
- Document management strategy and implementation for entire organization.
- Implement multi-lingual sites.
- Automate to manage site/teams lifecycle, access control.
- Improve lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding process related to internal and external users.
- Replace SPEC and MEMO system with SharePoint.
- Optimize and support IRM for internal and external users/content.
- Designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.
- Work closely with the business and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
- Collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Creating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, managed metadata and web parts.
- Providing technical support for SharePoint users.
- Developing and implementing SharePoint security and access controls.
- Identify, analyze, develop, and digitize processes across the business to enable automation where possible.
- Develop solutions leveraging the Power Platform.
- Ability to maintain content for intranet and document management structures.
- Strong knowledge of web parts and good UI/UX design.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in both implementation and delivery of SharePoint solutions whilst having a technical experience of:
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- Teams
- Power Shell
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Education: B.S. in computer science or equivalent
