What you will do:
Sr. Fullstack Developer
Remote working position, but travel to the Cineplex corporate head office at 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto (Yonge and St. Clair) will be needed occasionally.
We’re a guest-focused and product-led team within Cineplex, responsible for a seamless customer experience via our digital platforms. Responsible for the apps and websites for amazing brands like Cineplex, Cineplex Store, The Rec Room, and others, this role offers the opportunity to truly make your mark building the next generation of digital products at an iconic Canadian company.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver solutions for product stories with tests

Conduct peer code reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve on code quality

Manage, prioritize, and communicate progress within your dedicated Scrum team rituals throughout your sprint

Contribute to technical discussions with clarity and continuously learn new technologies to improve on existing applications

Maintain and develop team technical documentation
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field
Experience:
-
5+ years experience building full stack web applications

Proficiency with .NET Core and C#, building and integrating with RESTful APIs

Experience with Entity Framework

Experience with CI/CD tools and patterns (we use Azure)

Experience with SPA Frameworks (preferably React and TypeScript)

Experience with Azure cloud platform
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent communicator and team player

Strong understanding of web-based software architectures and technologies
