Sr Flutter App Developer

We’re looking for a Sr. Flutter App Developer who can build high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong API integration skills, and a passion for clean, scalable architecture. This is a remote-first role with deferred compensation until 60 days post-MVP launch, plus equity, bonuses, and annual offsite perks. We value speed, ownership, and collaborative energy.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and real-time data streams
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across iOS and Android
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product discussions
• Contribute to UI/UX decisions and ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Write clean, testable code and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases
• Help shape mobile architecture and tooling as we scale
What You Bring
• 7+ years of experience in mobile development, with 2+ years in Flutter
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter widgets, and state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc)
• Experience integrating APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs
•Familiarity with mobile performance profiling and debugging tools
• Understanding of mobile design principles and accessibility standards
• Bonus: Experience with automated testing, analytics, and release automation
