Position Summary
CDK is a $1.8B Annual Revenue Software Solutions provider for the Automotive Industry located in Hoffman Estates, IL. CDK is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join the Corporate Financial Systems team, working closely with Accounting, FP&A and Enterprise IT leading the Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP. The Senior Financial Systems Analyst serve as the subject matter expert providing support and training users, troubleshooting issues related to Oracle Fusion (Cloud) ERP, Oracle EPM ARCS, and Metadata. Oracle Cloud applications have downstream impacts on several general ledger feeder systems, databases, and analytical tools. The position is responsible for maintaining the data integrity of Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains financial systems to ensure they function efficiently and meet the needs of the organization.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, IT, FP&A, Internal Compliance) to ensure system integration and data accuracy.
- Serve as subject matter expert to provide support and training to users, troubleshooting issues related to financial systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, implementing best practices.
- Partner with other subject matter experts within finance, accounting, E-IT to manage the assigned touchpoints to drive consistency across the enterprise.
- Defines problems, evaluates and proposes prioritization of requirements, and implements solutions to meet internal business and user requirements.
- Lead or participate in system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and training.
- Executes quarterly new features acceptance testing; present testing results and provide training as necessary.
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
- 6+ years of experience in financial analysis or systems management in a large public company, including maintenance of complex reporting hierarchies.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP or EPM databases, and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Smart View) is required.
- Strong ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting complex information clearly.
- Ability to multi-tasking / manage multiple time-sensitive deadlines
- Work minimum 2 days per month from Hoffman Estates office
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Cloud certification(s)
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and software.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
