As a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst, you will be a senior technical lead within our Financial Systems team, helping to manage and evolve our global NetSuite instance. You will work closely with other administrators, Finance, and IT to ensure NetSuite and its integrated tools are scalable, compliant, and optimized. This role is ideal for a collaborative problem-solver who enjoys translating complex business requirements into high-impact system solutions while delivering exceptional support and communication to global end-users.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who identifies system inefficiencies and takes the initiative to drive improvements without waiting for formal direction. You will be expected to maintain high data integrity, deliver clear documentation, and constantly look for ways to automate manual finance processes.
What You'll Do:
- Join the financial systems team as a NetSuite Administrator, sharing responsibility for managing complex user roles, permissions (including SuiteCloud terms), and global system security.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical configurations, overseeing the full lifecycle from design and rigorous testing to seamless deployment and ongoing production support.
- Drive operational excellence by engineering high-impact solutions, including the configuration of Workflows (SuiteFlow), custom records, and forms to automate financial operations.
- Support the integration ecosystem (Workato and app-to-app integrations), ensuring auxiliary tools sync seamlessly with the core ERP.
- Oversee NetSuite’s bi-annual upgrades, performing comprehensive regression testing in the Sandbox to ensure custom configurations and scripts remain intact. 2. Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide technical support, working alongside the internal helpdesk to resolve complex bugs, CSV import errors, and performance bottlenecks while maintaining strict SLAs.
- Map and document existing process flows and maintain clear change management documentation for all system modifications.
- Support the implementation and stabilization of new modules (e.g., Fixed Assets, Multibook and auxiliary HRIS or Legal tools. 3. Reporting & Data Governance
- Partner with Finance and Accounting to build complex Saved Searches, Financial Reports, and Dashboards that drive data-led decision-making.
- Lead regular "system hygiene" tasks, including data cleansing, duplicate management, and audit log reviews to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Support the Month-End and Year-End close processes by resolving posting errors and ensuring sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliation.
