Sr Financial Planning Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including revenue trends, gross margin performance, cost control, and P&L analysis.
• Lead and manage financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly outlooks.
• Analyze payroll and budgetary data to identify areas of improvement or opportunity.
• Create and deliver concise, clear management reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure financial health, strategy alignment, and effective resource planning.
• Leverage tools like Power BI or Tableau to enhance reporting efficiencies and deliver actionable insights.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Support leadership with ad hoc financial analyses and reporting needs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and functions.
• Identify process improvements and proactively drive effective solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and/or Tableau, and ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel).
• Highly proficient English language skills (B2+ minimum).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive, independent, and able to collaborate in a team environment.
• Experience with budgets, payroll, and financial strategy development.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience managing people or teams.
